Accepted Methods of Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover cards. We also accept personal checks as long as
they are local to Rutland, Vermont. Out of state checks will
not be accepted.
Shipping Methods:
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service whenever
possible. Please let us know if you have special shipping
needs and we will determine any additional cost and inform
you.
Return Merchandise:
If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact
us within 30 days of receipt. We will need to discuss the
issue and come to an agreeable resolution. We will offer you
a replacement of the product or full store credit on the
purchase of other items, as we cannot offer cash
reimbursements. Please ship via US Postal Service.
Damaged Shipments:
We can not be responsible for damage caused by the freight
carrier. If you notice damage after the driver has left, keep
all the packing materials and call the freight carrier to
return and inspect the damages and file a claim.
